Booking Terms and Conditions

Once we have received your tentative booking, we will confirm availability and contact you either via email or telephone. If accommodation suited to your requirements is available, we will book your reservation and send out the relevant information and forms to you.

**Minimum booking periods apply**

 Peak Periods

  • December / January school holidays – minimum 6 nights
  • Other school holidays – minimum 4 nights
  • Long weekends / Easter – minimum 3 nights
  • Special events – minimum 3 nights

Off-Peak Periods

  • Rest of year – minimum 2 nights
  • Overnight accommodation may be available – please enquire regarding availability (charged at peak rates)

Please note the following:

  • No smoking in Villas
  • No pets allowed in complex
  • No check-ins after 10pm
  • Cots/high chairs – reserved at time of booking
  • Boat parking limited – please advise size

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • A deposit is required within 7 days in confirmation of all bookings
  • 1-3 nights………….$150
  • More than 4 nights…..20% of total tariff
  • Payment in full is required 14 days prior to booked date
  • For all bookings made less than 14 days prior to take-up date, full payment is required within 24 hours

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 10 days of date of arrival:  No Refund.
  • Cancellation more than 10 days from arrival date:  Full Refund minus a cancellation fee of $15 or Deposit may be transferred, subject to availability (To be used within 12 months)
