1 Bedroom Beachfront Spa Villa – Queen size bed with outdoor spa (maximum of 2 people).
2 Bedroom Beachfront Villas – Queen size, 2 single beds & 1 single trundle bed for extra person (maximum of 5 persons – including babies & young children ).
1 Bedroom Poolside Villa – Queen size bed with spa (maximum of 2 people).
2 Bedroom Poolside Villas – Queen size, 2 single beds & single trundle bed for extra person (maximum 5 persons – including babies & young children).
2 Bedroom Poolside Villa (disabled) – Queen size, 2 king single electric beds & single trundle bed for extra person (maximum 5 persons – including babies & young children ).
2 Bedroom Villas (2nd row to beachfront) – Queen size, 2 single beds & single trundle bed for extra person (maximum 5 persons – including babies & young children).
3 Bedroom Upstairs Family Apartment (poolside) – 2 Queen size and 2 single beds (maximum of 6 persons- including babies & young children).
A deposit is required within 7 days in confirmation of all bookings
1-3 nights – deposit of $150 required
More than 4 nights – 20% of total tariff required
A $30 surcharge applies if arriving on a public holiday
All prices in Australian dollars, includes GST
Children are free up to 12 months old, thereafter the normal child/adult rates apply at $30 per person per night. All Children over 12 months old must be added to your booking
No pets allowed in the complex
NO SMOKING in all Villas – if a Villa has been smoked in or smells of smoke, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest
No check-ins after 10pm
Cots/high chairs – reserved at time of booking
Boat parking limited – please advise size
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of date of arrival: NO REFUND
Cancellation more than 14 days from arrival date: Full refund is at the discretion of management
Peak periods – minimum stay
December / January school holidays – minimum 5 night stay
Other school holidays – minimum 3 night stay
Easter – minimum 4 night stay
Long weekends – minimum 3 night stay
Special events – minimum 3 night stay
Off-peak periods – minimum stay
Rest of year – minimum 2 nights
Overnight accommodation may be available – please enquire regarding availability (charged at peak rates)
